Founded by Will Downes, a local Novocastrian with a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Newcastle and more than 15 years experience in residential building, Fernleigh Homes has become synonymous with quality craftsmanship and client-focused service.
Known for being the go-to problem solver, Will’s down-to-earth nature and friendly approach ensure that each client feels informed and confident throughout the building process. Whether you're embarking on a custom architectural build or looking to bring your vision to life within a tight budget, we’ll work closely with you every step of the way.
